It is a single-varietal extra virgin olive oil. The cultivation of the trees is done without any chemical preparation, and the fight against the enemies of the Olive is done in natural ways. It is produced exclusively by the method of cold pressing and mechanical means, from selected olives collected by hand. It is processed on the same day as the harvest. It comes from a multi-award winning type of olive and is distinguished for its high content of polyphenols and other antioxidant elements. It stands out for its bright green color and fruity aroma.
